Philadelphia, PA - Philadelphia Soccer Club Men's Program is proud to announce the appointment of Ahmed Faik as the program's first Director of Operations, effective immediately.

In this newly created role, Ahmed will be responsible for managing the operational infrastructure that supports PSC's three teams: the First Team (APSL), Second Team (CASA Select - Liga 2), and Spring Garden SC (CASA Quarto). His responsibilities will include field bookings and facility coordination, player registration and roster management, equipment and kit management, league communications and compliance, and match day logistics.

"As PSC continues to grow, it's essential that we build a sustainable administrative structure," said Aaron Sexton, Director of Football. "Ahmed's organizational skills and commitment to the club make him the perfect person to lead our operations. This appointment allows us to distribute responsibilities across a leadership team and ensures the club can continue to thrive for years to come."

A former NCAA D3 athlete, current PSC II Coach, and Over-30s player, Ahmed will bring his professional experience in logistics and strategic management to the club and will work closely with the club's coaching staff and administrative team to ensure seamless operations throughout the 2025 season and beyond.

The creation of the Director of Operations position is part of PSC's broader restructuring initiative, which aims to professionalize club operations, improve player experience, and build institutional knowledge that extends beyond any single individual.

"I'm excited to take on this role and contribute to PSC's continued success," said Faik. "We have an incredible group of players and coaches, and I'm looking forward to supporting them by ensuring our operations run smoothly both on and off the field."

Ahmed's appointment follows PSC's successful 2024 season and positions the club for continued competitive growth in the APSL and CASA leagues.
